Slurry treatment

Regular treatment of the farmyard manure is recommended. Nourivit Plus can be added to the farmyard manure via the slatted floor or in the barn.

It can also be added directly to the slurry pit (but ideally 1 month before spreading).

Pig manure

1.5 liters Nourivit Plus or 0.25 L Nourivit Soil/m3 slurry (fermentation begins after 1-3 weeks)

Cattle manure

1.5 liters Nourivit Plus or 0.25 L Nourivit Soil/m3 slurry (fermentation begins after 1-3 weeks)

Poultry manure

2 liters Nourivit Plus or 0.3 L Nourivit Soil/m3 slurry (fermentation starts after 1-3 weeks)

Solid manure

Spray on 1 L Nourivit Plus or 0.15 L Nourivit Soil/m3

Slurry

Mix in 25 L Nourivit Plus or 4 L Nourivit Soil/100 m3 slurry
before spreading (ideally 2 days before)

Ensiling

Valibiom Mix is a fermentation product made from Nourivit microorganisms and contains homofermentative, heterofermentative lactic acid bacteria and yeasts.

Valibiom Mix is used in the preparation of the plant material to be ensiled.

Valibiom Mix is sprayed evenly onto the shredded crop and promotes the conversion of sugar into lactic acid.

The result is a stable, optimum pH value. Bacteria that are harmful to fermentation (e.g.: Listeria, Closteria) are prevented from growing.

Dosage

1 liter of Valibiom Mix is sprayed evenly onto the shredded crop per m3 of silage.

Barn hygiene

By using Nourivit Plus, a beneficial biofilm is formed in the barn . This creates a stable and healthy microclimate in the barn.

The formation of the beneficial biofilm counteracts colonization with undesirable microorganisms. The first application of Nourivit Plus is carried out after cleaning and disinfecting the stables. The bedding is then treated with Nourivit Plus.

This treatment is repeated at regular intervals (every 2 weeks).

Dosage

Mix 5 liters of Nourivit Plus or 0.5 L of Nourivit Soil with 15 L of water/100 m2 of stable area and spray evenly
